The lounge and the balcony with hot tub faces the pathway tothe rear exit dog walk and as the pathway rises people can look straight into the lounge and balcony. To improve this there needs to be privacy curtains on the lounge patio windows and screening for the hot tub.

The mattress covers require replacing as they do not fit the mattresses which are of a good quality. We also feel that in this day and age there should be a member of the staff on site 24 hours a day.
