Thanks for your feedback. I bought an ‘Acer Spin 1’ today Which was advertised as having Windows 10 Home- But when un-boxed it had a label saying how to ‘one way switch’ from S mode.
Thinking I could still get to change from S Mode to windows Home I proceeded to try and switch following the procedure – however the Microsoft store App would not open and so I called Microsoft Support I took the Laptop back to the shop for a refund I had wondered if the Microsoft Support Person had fobbed me of by saying we now had to pay to switch..
