I suggest you to try updating the Display Adapter and Sound drivers and check if it works for you. Follow the steps to update the Display and Sound drivers :. Also try to access the computer manufacturer’s website and download the latest display and sound drivers for your computer and install the same.

Hope this information is helpful. I may have stumbled across a temporary resolution today. If you are running Windows 10, open Microsoft Edge, then open Internet explorer in a different tab, run Netflix in IE and keep Microsoft edge open in the background. I can now view Netflix with no issues. The only thing I need to point out that I haven’t checked yet is I uninstalled Microsoft Silverlight so at this point I don’t know if using this resolution works with Silverlight installed so u may also need to uninstall Silverlight.

I have tried to get driver updates from my computer manufacturer HP but they do not have any yet for Windows I should add that I got around this, to a lesser extent, by running my new sound software in Windows 8 compatibility mode for all users.

I upgraded my sound card, not considering the drivers might not be compatible with my OS, and suddenly I can’t even use the Netflix app. Definite driver compatibility problems with media devices and Windows 10, at present I have the same problem but with a twist.
