Dee, Acrobat crops the whitespace around the stamp and then uses the remaining element as stamp. If there is other stuff on your page besides the stamp, then you have to remove that first. This could be for example a page background. If Acrobat is not picking the right elements, you may have to manually crop the page down to just the stamp. That is a flag that tells Acrobat to run the calculation script every time the stamp is placed.
