June affinity designer dxf import free download, I work with Lasers and they use DXF files. I bought this program with the expectancy that it would handle these very useful file types. People have been asking Serif for 5 years now and nothing is bei. Me no want Illustrator. Me want Affinity Designer. Count me in More work on the help file I guess. Is the help manual being improved at all or available in pdf?
Expected to see these features in Affinity having relied on them in drawplus. Definitely my vote for this feature, much needed. My initial dabbling with Affinity trial have been really positive, but fell over at the DXF lack of export. I realise it’s easy to wave a Magic Wand but a little harder to write code, but it’s a very popular format. And only for DXF export!
Real pity. Just a heads up I’ve been experimenting with all the formats and managed to get this to work, and it retains polylines too.
It’s difficult to affinity designer dxf import free download because I only have AutoCAD at work, and Affinity Designer is my personal copy at home so it takes at least a day to try something out. If I recall, InkScape exports to dxf. AD outputs svg that InkScape can read. InkScape is free unless one chooses to donate. Really like Designer.
