I agree that auhodesk messaging could be have been better and that this can be causing confusion for customers. The language on the page is correct but would be clearer if it stated NEW subscriptions. There is a path for existing subscription customers as detailed in the article I attached. The only problem is this is not isolated. Its actually a strong trend now where adesk advertises benefits and leaves out the ugly parts. Take for instance the incessant emails and splash screens for ReCap.

I’m really glad they’re streamlining the use of these tools. I see a major benefit to this. When will the new toolsets be fully available for AEC subscribers? You should be able to see the releases now. If not, your best bet is to reach out to customer support.
Hope that helps! I tried to save a drawing in and it noted “it would not save it because something in the drawing could not be saved to the new format, but it did not provide me any information about which item was causing the problem or how to fix it.
