In addition to the language pack, you can also install additional keyboard layouts for that specific language pack.

Now, scroll all the way to the bottom to see all the installed keyboard layouts. If you want to remove a language pack from Windows 10, you first have to change the Windows display language. Go to the language page in the Settings app and select the alternate language from the drop-down menu. As soon as you click the button, the language will be removed from your system.
