Lexis Audio Editor app in PC – Download for Windows 7/8/10/11 and Mac – Limited power
If designed better it would be 5 stars. I edit large files, and now I can do it on my iPad. Saving a file to my Dropbox seems cumbersome, unless I have not yet figured it out.
Tried saving to iCloud only choice and then browsing to Dropbox in the app and moving the file, but got errors resulting in empty files. Finally found the file in iCloud and was able to save it to Dropbox from there. Needs better save options. Also would like to be able to adjust the volume of a selection. Otherwise, seems solid and simple to use. This app has been perfect for editing my podcast episodes.
I highly recommend. Is useful and does what I need but is not comfortable and to convert to mp3 I have to pay. The interface is a bit messy, is empty and the things you use the most are hidden in a menu. I recommend that the most used things like erase, cut, copy, paste, undo, etc, be on the outside instead of being on the menu. Another thing that can be improved is that you can export to mp3 and the other formats that are in the pay version for free watching an ad.
