In reply to Antoneth Ber’s post on May 14, I did not make changes to the computer and i’m not getting any error messages. Every time i try to sign into my Microsoft account a gray screen pops up which i assume it is the sign in ,but nothing happens. It just goes out of the gray screen and wont allow me to sign in.
