We are in the process of moving back into our physical office with some brand new Polycom meeting room devices. I can easily incorporate the meeting room as a resource and get the invitation to show up on the system, but I cannot successfully connect to a Teams meeting from the device.
It says it’s unable to dial in. We’ve found that the issue is that the Teams invite needs to have the “Join with a video conference device” section in it so that the device has the information it needs to connect. However, I can’t find a way to add this option to my invites from within Teams. Is this an option that is just по этому сообщению hard to find in Teams, or does this indicate that I need a certain type of license for Teams?

I think we’ve adx that the room equipment is configured and operational. We have a select few that have been successful in getting a meeting to microsoft teams add video meeting – microsoft teams add video meeting, but that’s because they had the “join a conference room” option included in their invites.

As you said it can be done but I can’t find the option in the Teams admin portal to источник статьи that link. I am guessing it is a global license component for Teams but I can’t find any information out there. I was able to get it resolved through our IT microsoft teams add video meeting – microsoft teams add video meeting – I had to be added to the system as a valid user.
I’m unclear on which system, but I suspect it was some sort of Teams room that was associated with the Poly conferencing system. Now my Teams invites have that connection method in the body regardless of whether I am using it or not.
