I had Office Professional working fine with no trouble. I downloaded and tried to install Visio Professional and it gave errors. For your specific problem MS has come up with a free upgrade of Visio for you. The only problem will be using the phone to beat MS support into. I have MS Office , I downloaded Visio Professional as a free student program through my institution and Microsoft with a valid Product Key.
